QUICK Safety

Essential oils are for external use only.  Avoid contact with mucus membranes.  If contact with your eyes, wash out with a carrier oil such as: olive oil, coconut oils, vegetable oil.  DO NOT USE WATER.  Some oils cause skin sensitivities.  It is always recommended that you perform a patch test before applying any essential oils even when diluted.  Seek assistance from a certified aromatherapist to assist in the knowledge of which oils are more likely to cause any irritation and what to look for.
